A fine show! I think chefs of all ages can copy these dishes and eat more interesting food than they have been able to easily prepare.
I think it will appeal not only to teens, but to busy adults, who eat a lot of fast food because they don't know how to make food fast.
The culinary history is fascinating, and Maya is delightful to watch!
